MAINTENENCE TECHNICIAN

Job Description

Elite Property Management is seeking a full-time maintenance technician for a Detroit property. All candidates should be experienced in customer service, have the ability to work within a team and/or independently, and MUST be able to work in a very fast paced environment. 

 

Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Plumbing

  • Electrical

  • HVAC

  • Drywall

  • Painting

  • General Cleaning

  • Grounds

  • Snow Removal

 

Must have a valid drivers license and transportation.
